They always do an amazing job and the fact that they are kind and nice people are an added bonus!!! If you're in the Orlando area, definitely make an appointment!!! I can only vouch for the owner and her sister. Not sure who else is working there now but you can't go wrong with either of those two.

I’m extremely tender headed and was referred to Jazz by someone who also is. I reluctantly went and have been going since. I’ve received compliments each time from my family who laugh that at 65 I’m still so tender headed lol but finally found someone that takes care of my locs with such care and makes me look so fabulous as well. The environment is an added bonus because these beautiful women keep me laughing with their joy and love of family they share with all around them.

My stylist loves me she is so friendly and works with me on my schedule! Super clean facility, I had my locks repaired and put back in the ones that popped. I started going to urban roots in 2020 it’s now 2022 and I faithfully go every month! The vibe is so refreshing with great conversations and a chance to build a great client relationship now these 2 lovely ladies have changed my life for the Byers I feel and look like myself these days! And now we are more like family! I wouldn’t t let anyone touch my but urban roots salon thanks you! I encourage anyone with Dred lock problems to come and get fresh and also take advantage of there premium hair products me personally i use the all natural organic hair oils I know ever ingredient listed on the bottle and my scalp has never been healthier!
