"I had such a wonderful experience at this Ulta location yesterday. I've been here dozens of times, and it's been a decent experience, don't get me wrong, but yesterday was the first time I've been assisted so thoroughly. Izzy (sorry if she spells it differently) noticed I was looking at some skincare products and couldn't quite figure out what I needed. When she asked if she could help, I told her I wasn't sure what to get. She took one look at me and immediately knew my skin type and told me to avoid products that were going to be too drying for my face. Then she gave me a spa like experience, completely unprompted, and even applied a foundation for me that perfectly matched my complexion. I honestly have never had such a great experience in a beauty/skin care store, assisted by someone who knew so much about skincare and the products that Ulta sells. She recommended a trial kit, and I ended up getting an additional product (pictured) because she spent time with me to show me how high quality the products were. I would give her 1000 stars if I could. After a day and a half of using the products she recommended for my skin type, my face has never felt better. I even had a mild breakout that just disappeared overnight. So, I'm not saying that Izzy is a miracle worker... but she very well may be."
