The Root & Bark

I love this place! I had such a hard time finding a salon and stylist in Miami until I started getting my hair highlighted by Alex at The Root & Bark. The atmosphere is relaxing and the products are gentle on my hair. Alex does an incredible job at making me as blonde on the outside as I feel on the inside. Highly recommend this place and Alex.

The experience I had at Root & Bark is, without question, the absolute best I've ever had at a hair salon. Every aspect of the experience hit the perfect note, and I walked away feeling absolutely incredible. The calming ambiance, the attentive service, the genuineness and presence Alex and Danielle bring to their work, the quality of the organic products they use, and the attention to every single detail makes Root & Bark a no-brainer for anyone who cares about their hair and wants a high-quality salon experience. I can't sing this place's praises enough, and I can't emphasize enough just how truly special it is. I've found a home for my hair, and I'm so happy about it!

I just loved everything about this salon. The product they use. The calm and positive energy. The professionalism of the hair specialists. Alex was helping me transform my diy situation. And it turned out to be better than I even expected. Never thought that my fine European hair could look like a picture from Pinterest! Definitely coming back.

Alex was beyond wonderful! He trimmed my dry ends, gave me a beautiful cut and still kept the length (differently than most). My hair is glowing and extra soft. I love that they use natural products, as that is very important to me.
