"I’ve been going to the Long Island City location for a little over a year now and have always had a good experience. The staff is all nice, welcoming, and helpful. I read the reviews when I made an initial appointment and saw that Bibi was highly recommended and have been seeing her ever since! She is the sweetest person and she always does such a good job with my wax. She’s great at making conversation, which is a welcome distraction! I’ve been getting waxes for years and she’s the best person I’ve ever been to!"
