"I had a roots and gloss service and my technician picked the perfect colors for me. I went on a Sunday and the salon was quiet. The salon is spacious, clean and comfortable to spend 2-3 hours there. I love how they offer so many different services, and you can save money by blow drying your hair. I also like their product offerings, nice coverage and scent. I am surprised to see so many bad reviews, but I had a pretty good experience. Will try a different location next time to see if my expectations will be the same."
