Not only does she give the most iconic haircuts, but I always feel like I’m talking to an old friend when I’m there. She has an uncanny way of guiding me towards styles that look like they’d be complex to maintain and replicate at home, but always end up being SO manageable—and, importantly, look equally amazing whether I wear my hair wavy/curly or blow it dry straight. I also love that Nathalie’s work extends beyond hair—she has been extremely intentional about creating a warm, safe, and inclusive space for all Kinetic clients (especially the LGBTQIA+ community). Lastly, her dog Joey is a certified angel baby and will always jump on my lap for a big snuggle, which on its own is a 10/10 experience."
