When I mentioned that my color always pulls too warm, she immediately offered to help me become the cool-toned brunette I’ve been wanting, which made me so excited for my next visit. Nat is incredibly kind, warm, and easy to talk to — the conversation flowed naturally the whole time. She even told me my pup is welcome to come along next time, which made my day! The salon itself has such a relaxed, calm, and welcoming atmosphere. It really feels like a hidden gem. I just booked my appointment to come back for color, and I can’t wait. "I had such a positive experience with Nat! My hair is very long, thick, and usually somewhat challenging to work with, but she immediately understood the look I wanted and executed it perfectly. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and confident in her technique, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I left with a cut that feels polished but fun, manageable, and better than what I had envisioned. On top of that, she offered some great suggestions for how to keep my hair healthy and how to style it. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who combines skill with a professional and welcoming approach. She also has a great variety of teas and chocolates!"
