First time customer. Purchased Luxury Hair collection during Black Friday sale. No regrets. Beautiful hair collection. Booked a hair appointment for a Sew-in with lace closure. Customer Service from entry to exit was amazing. First time doing a lace closure. I know nothing about lace and didn't know to bleach my knots. No hesitation she bleached my knots. I was very appreciative of that. Hair looked beautiful. What lace? She explained to me how to maintain my lace/sew-in and gave me a bag with goodies. Will definitely return. Hard to find a Hairstylist that has good customer service. Thank you Max Beauty 💙
