"My kid is special needs and I’ve always had to cut his hair myself because he wouldn’t sit still for anyone . Well this was until we have great clips a chance for his new school year haircut this year . Mari is the best she’s so sweet she’s patience and quick so we came back to see her yesterday my kid was so exited to see her that he gave her a big hug ! And again she delivered a great and quick haircut . We love her !"

"I am not one to change hairdresser. I had the same hairdresser for over 10 years. Did I mentioned she’s now 2 hours away. Fast forward, first time walk-in customer to Great Clips near Orange and Michigan St. Immediately I was greeted by Marisol, She took my information, ask me what I wanted to do? She explained the different services available and cost. Marisol, walk me to her station where she evaluated my hair and gave me options that would benefit my hair type etc. Beautiful caring personality! I booked my appointment to revisit her in 6 weeks. If you haven’t visit or her hesitant like I was, fear no more.. ask for Marisol."
