"This is my first experience with anything other than shaving. While cost was definitely a factor that delayed me in considering this till now, the fear of pain was another. Kayla was really good at helping me through my concerns. However, I am pleasantly surprised to find that, except for a few areas, the treatment is actually quite painless. Charlene is great! She is quick and picks up on even the slightest shows of discomfort, and adjusts the cooling air right away to take away some of the sting. She also does a good job at distracting me with her fun stories that the little stings and awkwardness of the process is quickly passed. She is good at explaining every step and makes sure that you always understand as well. Everyone I have encountered so far at the Tallahassee location has been very nice and professional. The place is also located in a not so busy plaza which makes parking and stuff a breeze and the office is kept very clean. Scheduling has also been no issue. Overall, has been a great experience so far and highly recommend! It is great place, but I am waiting for the day I am officially done with the treatment and no longer have a reason to go. 😅"
