"I didn’t really know what exactly I wanted when I came in — I just needed a root touch-up and usually do partial highlights. Chloe asked all the right questions, and I told her that I’ve seen her work and completely trust her. The result honestly exceeded all my expectations! The color turned out absolutely beautiful — even better than before. She chose the perfect tone for me, and the whole process was so smooth, even though English is my second language. Communication was easy, and I felt comfortable the whole time. I also mentioned that I usually don’t use a blow dryer, and she did the styling with such a gentle touch — it looked effortless and amazing. I’m so happy with my hair and will definitely come back to Chloe again!"
