Ms. Kay was such a pleasure. I originally booked for a retwist…however I knew I needed much more. Ms. Kay graciously accommodated for the additional services. She gave me really great advice on the care of my hair. We had great conversation. It’s always nice to be able to share in good conversation with the person doing your hair, as opposed to sitting in silence for the entire time. In this day of stylist not wanting to wash hair … her adamantly doing so….is a breath of fresh air, and she certainly has a new client, moving forward.

Ms. Kay did an excellent job on my hair she made sure to walk me through the process, especially for it being my first time getting my hair done professionally. She made sure I knew how to maintenance my hair and how to care for my hair in the long run to make sure I get my desired results. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is wanting to start their loc journey!

Ms. Kay is amazing! I had a great experience with her. She is really good at her work and she has great customer service. She made me feel very comfortable, it was like we knew each other for a long time. She earned a new client. I can’t wait to go back for my next retie.
