"The location was good and the service at my spot was great. I had an issue with their online booking tool as I selected one place to get my haircut and without it notifying me it scheduled me somewhere else 20mins away. As I arrived on location I was made aware of this error. The other location wouldn't refund me for this error ($70). Being in a pinch for time I got the haircut on location for another $66. Mind you, I come from somewhere that I can get the same haircut for $37. Service on location and my barber were great. 4 stars because of the inability to provide better customer service due to their booking service and barber policy. Which essentially translates to, "book at the wrong place, tough shit. Either get there or lose your money." Not an ideal practice."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Coming here was risky for me. I wasn’t sure if a chain of barbershops would have worked. I have some health issues and don’t have even a hair so I def gotta cover it up while I regrow. I made my appointment by randomly choosing and I’m glad I chose right! I got Juan who has already learned how to get my hair exactly how I like it. Great attention to detail and his fades the way my partner says “looks like a sunset”. Juan was also super patient in cutting my hair the first few times 🙏🙏 I couldn’t be happier to find a local barbershop in my new neighborhood. Can’t recommend him enough 🙏🙏"
