"Wowwww! I went in a little nervous and wanted my pixie cut lower around the edges and with less volume on top, but more length on top which felt like I was being complicated. He immediately knew what I was asking for and gave me the exact look I wanted! He was professional, efficient, friendly and talked me through the whole process.
