I was referred to William through a friend of a friend who has hair like mine after struggling to find someone who can manage it since I moved to Miami. The salon is lovely, very clean, nicely decorated and high-end. The reception staff is warm and welcoming. The assistants are really on top of things, and very friendly as well! Top tier customer service. I told William my goal and showed him a photo. He fixed the shape and my color, effortlessly and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. He is also so sweet!!!
