"I come here a lot and have had my nails done by just about everyone who works here and they've always been nice. Today I came in spontaneously because it's hard for me to find time away from my 7 month old and my nails were in desperate need of some care, I'm not kidding.. I asked nicely how long it would be until someone was going to come take the aluminum foil / acetone gloves off because it was starting to burn ( almost 20 minutes of them being on) and another elderly customer got really mean and started talking about me to her nail tech a lot right in front of me... I wasn't complaining or anything I was just simply asking nicely how long it would be...because idk ... anxiety with a baby at home but that doesn't mean I was trying to rush anyone. Regardless, Kong arrived and took really good care of me. I'm forever grateful for him being nice and genuine because I felt out of place today after that incident until he arrived. He did an amazing job as usual and he made my day! Thank you Kong. You're so good at what you do and all that multi tasking!! Wish you the best, sir 🙏❤️ * They do really good eyebrows too!!"
