"I walked into a clean and relaxing environment. Because of the consultation for my instant locs, I felt more comfortable about what to expect. I also felt less self critical, because of the care that was shown during those 30 min. When coming in for my loc app (2nd meeting), it felt like sitting in a family members chair.
