"I have been seeing Misty, the owner, well over 25 years! She is an amazing stylist and always does a great job on my color, cut and blow dry. I have a funky cut that’s never the same twice and I don’t think anyone else could replicate what she does instinctively. She always gives me her honest opinion which I appreciate. The salon is bright, clean, modern and everyone is friendly and happy. I highly recommend this salon and look forward to my visit every 5 weeks!"

"Isabel (Issy) McLaren is Awesome! This is my 2nd trip to Rio Hair Studio. I have coarse hair and it was a journey to finally find someone who understands what I want in color, style, and knows how to cut my hair. I moved to JAX in 2022 and tried 5 different hair salons before I visited Rio Hair Studio. I almost gave up but thought I would try Rio Hair Studio as a last ditch effort. Grateful I did! I was a bit nervous on my first trip but after Isabel was done I was speechless. My husband didn’t have anything bad to say about my hair either😊 Issy is definitely a keeper! "For once I found a hair stylist who actually achieved the haircut and look I wanted. Kathryn was the sweetest and did such an amazing job, she made me feel so understood and took the time to make any changes I asked.
