"I just had to leave a review after my experience yesterday. I called on a whim because I saw this shop was 9 minutes away from me. I knew it being a Sunday and close to midday, my chances of getting in were slim. I spoke to the owner and she agreed to take me if I could be there in the next hour. I arrived and the owner and one other lady Brendan to work. From the conversations to the outcome of my hair, I could not be more pleased. They were meticulous about every detail. I got these medium, butt length in 5 hours for an unbeatable price and the hair was provided! It was not painful during or after and I was able to style them immediately. There was not an excessive amount of product used either. I think the parts could have been more sharp, but they are not bad by any means. I've included photos so you can see. Overall, a wonderful experience and I will be going back."

"I had the best experience ever and the owner Anna is so nice and very professional. I had concerns about using any Jacksonville braiders and I would book a flight all the way to DC just to get my hair done. Then on Aug 1st 2025 a local braider canceled on me the day of my appt. Which is why I do not like dealing with local Jacksonville braider. So my child said mom just call the braiding shop on 103rd and I did. I spoke with Anna she was so pleasant on the phone and assured me I would be very satisfied with her. I went and got my hair done within a few hours and Anna was right my braids is nice neat and full just as I asked. I advised Anna she has a new customer and I will stick with her and save me from flying out to DC every 2/3 months. I am proud to be Anna new client.Job well done. Please visit her you will not be disappointed."
