"I had such a great experience at this African braiding shop! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My stitch braids came out absolutely beautiful—neat, clean, and exactly how I wanted them. The stylists work quickly but pay close attention to detail, and you can tell they really care about their craft. The shop itself is clean, professional, and has a positive atmosphere. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair already! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality braids and great service."

"10/10 experience! So glad I called them and got a same day appointment!! Very professional atmosphere. I have thick hair but African Classic was able to manage my hair and slay it! I got so many compliments on my hair and provided this shop name to many individuals. I will be returning really soon even tho the stylist said I broke her hands 😂😂 I appreciate the quality and how long my hair lasted with these braids. I love that my edges or hair didn’t come out upon taking them down! Hands down the best braiding shop in JAX!"

"LOVE LOVE LOVE !!!!!!! I don’t even know where to start ! The staff is so sweet ! Accommodating ! And punctual ! My appointment time was 9:30am and I was in the chair at 9:25am. I was super nervous about the style given the length of my hair after cutting my locs, but it proved not to be challenge at all. My hair was previously dyed and they did such a great job with blending and tucking my hair perfectly with the braid hair. Both of the stylist checked on me continuously during the service, ensuring it wasn’t too tight or uncomfortable. The experience was phenomenal from start to finish !"
