"I had a remarkable experience with Dulce, who provided exceptional wax services. She took the time to educate me on exfoliation and skincare regimens. I appreciated her energy, attentiveness, and ability to make me feel comfortable. Although the eyebrow tinting service did not meet my expectations, I was able to remove most of it. Despite feeling rushed due to adding services, I remained relaxed throughout. I intend to return, excluding the brow service. Dayana's kindness and expertise made my experience enjoyable, and I appreciate her assistance. Dayana shared her extensive knowledge and experience in sales, demonstrating a clear understanding of the differences between wax services and traditional shaving products. Thank you for the samples, which I am eager to try. UPDATE- I had a follow-up appointment with Dulce for a leg retouch, and everything was fantastic. I also had the pleasure of meeting Isbely, who provided exceptional customer service. I purchased the wax starter kit, utilizing the $5 off coupon offered during my initial 1st visit. "I’ve been coming to this location for about two years and have always been so well taken care of. Dayana, I believe she’s the manager of this location was incredibly polite and informative. She was so welcoming and wonderful and it was a fantastic way to enter the establishment. All of their waxers have taken great care of me but Dulce was absolutely amazing today. She took such careful care of me and was so patient and ensured that I was doing alright and that the wax was always at a safe temperature. I’m very pale and have sensitive skin so I’m so grateful for Dulce and the entire team at this European Wax Center location. You guys are awesome! Thank you! Should be said as well, this location is incredibly clean and well taken care of. Beautiful selection of products and very comfortable always."

"Been going for a few months now and although I had a bad experience with the first person I had an appointment with the staff listened to my concerns and assured me I would be matched with a different person. Since then I have only seen Adriana during my appointments and she does a fantastic job. She’s quick, thorough and she makes you feel at ease and comfortable."
