"I went into ultra today looking for the Glenda wicked perfume … the first person that helped me told me they were sold out and when I asked if maybe they had it at another location she just said probably not but I can go to a different store to check if I wanted or online disappointed but not thinking anything of it. I just started looking around the store and then Rose came up to me and asked me if I need anything. I explained my situation and she gave me the best customer service. She went ahead and looked up another store to see if they had it elsewhere. and behold, they had three in their location. She called one of her managers and looked in the back and she found the perfume. Thank God for Rose or else I would’ve left without purchasing anything. She saved the day she gave great customer service and went out of her way. Rose definitely deserves a raise or a promotion. Best customer service I’ve had in that store. Ulta is lucky to have her"

"Great experience at the salon with colorist Allison. My copper colored hair was grown out grey at the sides, white on the top red at the ends -- in short a mess. She gave me a beautiful ash blond, no 'lines' between colors. Nice job!"
