"I have been a customer of JT’s Cuts for many years. Cisco was my first barber when he was at the original shop on Commercial. Tonight was the first chance I’ve had to visit this location since he co-opened it. As with any JT’s Cuts location, the customer service is always on point. Carlos greeted me when I walked in and asked if I was waiting on anyone. I recognized him from when I used to visit the school. Originally I came to see Cisco, but when he wasn’t available Carlos said he or Dean would take care of me. Eventhough Dean was supposed to leave by 7:30 pm, he took me at 7:15 pm so I didn’t have to wait long. I appreciated Dean staying and the cut was great. I also like that you can book online and even pay online. Cut came out great! Many shops are very unprofessional, with lots of profanity and people acting up - Not the case with JT’s. JT’s Cuts has a reputation for having good barbers and great customer service."
