"Joff is the best! It was my first time going to Bottima so I didn't know exactly what to expect but everything was exceptional. As soon as you walk in everyone os very friendly and welcoming. It was also Joff's first time cutting my hair so he started off by asking my preferences. Throughout the hair cut, we had great conversation and he checked in with me to make sure the cut was looking how I expected it to look. Joff was extremely friendly and professional from the start to the finish. Highly reccomend Bottima & Joff!"
